Privacy policy
Awrora is the workspace software a hotel, hostel, or restaurant uses for bookings, the floor, the kitchen, and payments. The business that opens the account decides what guest data to enter. Awrora stores that data so the business can run daily operations.
Account data
When you register, we store your name, work email, a password hash, the business name, and the role of each team member. Sign-in uses a session cookie. That cookie is required for the product and is not used for ads.
Guest and operations data
Bookings, folios, menu orders, messages, and identity scans you enter stay with your organization. Passport or ID images are used for the check-in and local reporting your property turns on. Staff see only the modules their role allows.
Payments
Card payments are processed by the payment provider connected to the workspace. Awrora keeps the charge status and amount needed for the folio. We do not store full card numbers.
Cookies
The session cookie keeps you signed in. Analytics, if you allow them, load only after you choose “Allow analytics” and only when an analytics domain is configured for this deployment. You can choose “Essential only” and the product still works.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared with the providers you connect (for example messaging, channel, or payment services) and with infrastructure that hosts the app. A master account can open a child business it owns. Platform administrators can access a workspace to support the service.
Retention and requests
The business can export or delete operational records from the workspace. To ask about your own Awrora login, use the contact page.
