Terms of use
These terms cover the Awrora workspace. By creating an account you agree to them for yourself and for the business you register.
The account
The owner is responsible for who is invited, which role they get, and the guest data the team enters. Keep passwords private. Staff access is limited to the modules on their membership.
Your data
You keep responsibility for guest information you collect, including identity documents required by local rules. Enter only data you have a reason to hold. Do not upload data you are not allowed to process.
Acceptable use
Do not break into another workspace, scrape channels you are not connected to, send spam, or use the product to store unlawful content. We may suspend a workspace that puts other customers or guests at risk.
Billing
Paid modules and add-ons are billed as shown at checkout. Access to a module follows an active subscription when billing is turned on for that deployment.
The service
Awrora is operations software. It does not replace your own legal, tax, or licensing duties. Channel connections publish the availability and rates you confirm. Guest messages go out only after a person confirms them.
