Billing terms
Awrora is operated by UL CORP LTD. English is the controlling language of these documents.
These Billing Terms explain how UL CORP LTD charges for Awrora. They supplement the Terms of use. If billing is disabled for a deployment, access may be granted without payment; these Terms still describe how paid plans work when billing is enabled.
1. Plans and modules
- Awrora is sold per app/module (for example Hotel, Restaurant, Pay, Supplier, Accounting) and optional add-ons such as Mayday AI and messaging.
- Prices, currencies, and plan names shown at checkout or in Billing control what you pay.
- Marketplace or partner offers (for example Beds24 partner promotions) apply only as stated in that offer.
2. Free month and trials
- Where offered, the first month on an eligible app may be free without a card, as shown in Billing.
- When the free period ends, continued use of a paid module requires an active subscription or pay-as-you-go arrangement as presented in-product.
- We may modify or withdraw promotional offers prospectively; they do not affect fees already charged unless we say otherwise.
3. Subscriptions and renewals
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected interval until cancelled.
- You authorize our payment processor (typically Stripe) to charge the payment method on file.
- Failed payments may lead to retries, dunning notices, and suspension of paid modules until payment succeeds.
4. Taxes
Fees may be exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax). Where required, taxes are calculated and charged based on your billing details. You are responsible for providing accurate tax information.
5. Changes to prices
We may change list prices for future renewals or new checkouts. Existing processor subscriptions may keep their current price until changed in the customer portal or as required by the processor’s rules. We will provide notice of material price increases where required by law or by our checkout flow.
6. Cancellation
- You may cancel a subscription from Billing / the Stripe customer portal where available.
- Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current paid period unless required by law or stated in a promotion.
- After cancellation or non-payment, access to paid modules may end at period end or sooner if we suspend for abuse or risk.
7. Refunds
Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a paid period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly via the contact page.
8. Guest payment processing (Awrora Pay / connected processors)
Charges you take from guests (folios, payment links, POS) are processed by the payment provider connected to your workspace. Settlement, chargebacks, and merchant fees are governed by that provider’s agreement with you (or with us, if we are the merchant of record for a specific product). Awrora stores operational payment status for your folio; we do not store full card numbers.
9. Invoices and records
Invoices and receipts are available through Billing / the payment provider portal. Keep copies for your accounting. We retain billing records as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Contact
